Paul changed a whole pile of things to access a static runtime config object, and the database format changed. It's five minutes to ten, I dropped Paul off, got the groceries, got a box from Mailboxes Etc to pack the PayDay bars in, transferred the code from desktop

Postini: say bye bye to junk email

Words cannot adequately express my feelings on this. My main email address is being protected from junk email and other obnoxiousness by Postini. Incoming email is routed through their servers, viruses are quarantined, junk mail is detained for 14 days. My approved senders list has been stocked with the people

New buttons

Made two better buttons with Paul's help. Also decided to change my background colour to the sea green I'd had to start with. Looks better with these buttons, stands out against the Chronicle web site better. Change is good. At least I know how to use

Drive Thru

Drive through coffee. Now I've seen everything. There was a big queue of cars at the kiosk on Manchester Road. I have no idea what city it falls in. You drive through Glendale, Rock Hill, and Webster Groves within a few hundred metres.

Made a "Powered by Chronicle" button today, for future use. It's quite pretty, uses the same background and lightening as the logo. Came out at 7kb, which is acceptably small. For reasons unknown, the dialog I'm working on refuses to line up the labels

Anniversary of the first date

Tunnel at the end of the light

Finally finished doing the GUI for the site config window. It's huge, five tabs all full of stuff. And none of it does anything, just sits there and looks pretty.
