Weight lifting personal records

These are the current records I'm working on. Made a new personal best on the leg press today.

  • Leg Press double 548lb
  • Leg Press single 168lb
  • Biceps 15lb
  • Triceps 30lb
  • Chest press 50lb
  • RDL 115lb
  • Leg curl 100lb
  • Leg extension 60lb
  • Lat pull 40lb

For squats and RDLs, the trap bar works way better for me than the dumbell because its handle is thinner. My hands don't go all the way around the dumbbell and that makes it hard to hold on to.
