1:30 pm it started raining, which turned to sleet.  It's still coming down.  Yesterday it was warm enough to be outside in a t-shirt.  Tomorrow it's supposed to be below freezing all day. Applied for more jobs today, including a nice web development place

Went back to Chesterfield, this time my customer was there.  She ordered a bracelet and asked me to price up a matching necklace, and the other woman with her asked for a rose quartz bracelet.  Woohoo!  I'm in business! Now I have to go buy the parts and

I'm going to see a woman about a bracelet at 2.30 pm, and I'm nervous.  This could be my first real jewellery sale, and she might have an address I could send my CV/resume to for her brother-in-law's company.  Scary.

Apparently Hubby has been in a class action lawsuit and never even knew it.  We got a check from Chase Manhattan for a whopping 86 cents.  It must have cost them more than that to print and mail it.  We still don't know what the lawsuit was actually

The Leaning Tower of Laundry has been reduced to a smallish pile of rubble, and there is fresh, handmade bread rising in the kitchen.  Parcels arrived from Fiona and my parents, it's pouring with rain outside, and tonight is the Alpha course celebration dinner.  Dana Engleman is cooking

Went to Crestwood Mall with Larry and Sarah, ended up playing with a Pug puppy in the pet shop.  It was a small size puppy in a large size skin, with the biggest, widest feet I have ever seen on a toy dog.  Very cute.

I have no idea how this happened, but the bottle of grape juice I was carrying out of the store leaped out of the carrier bag and shattered, just inside the store.  I now have a 12mm oval shaped cut, a small puncture wound and a couple of scratches, all

Applied for six jobs today, three yesterday.  It's galling the number of senior posts I could get if I had, oh, four more years experience.  How on earth do you get the experience when no-one lets you experience anything?

Went shopping for a tougher chain for the cross I gave Hubby for Valentine's.  Instead of going to the mall close by, I drove about 20 minutes out to Chesterfield and got there just as the woman was putting out the trays of jewellery.  Wandered off and waited,
