Stupid health insurance.  "Oh yes Mrs Hawke, that's our mistake, we'll refile the claim and pay it."  Really?  So why have I got another bill for it a month later?  Why am I sat on hold again, listening to syrupy music again, reciting date of birth and SSN again, being ignored and fobbed off again?

You're telling me that the first time you got the claim, you misfiled it.  When I called, you said "Oops, our mistake" and misfiled it AGAIN.  Now you expect me to believe you'll actually get it right the third time?  Sorry if I'm just a tad skeptical here, but if you've already blundered twice, why should I believe you'll have an uncharacteristic bout of competence and get it right the third time?
