Garden update

The Alyssum plants died, and the cat ate my basil.  Happily I have some reserve Alyssum plants, and some purple and white snapdragons, which will form flower bed #2, leaving flower bed #1 with just pink Alyssum and blue Forget-Me-Not seeds.

Some of the seeds are coming up, the chives, parsley and thyme look a little further from dying than they did before, and Rachel gave me another basil plant at leadership community meeting last night.  Now all I need is a shovel to transform the dead patch in the middle of the back garden into a space for a tea rose and some bedding plants.
