3. Lid:: baseball cap.
4. Sketch:: Art class, compulsory fifteen pencil sketches over the summer holiday, sitting on a wall in Hastings trying to sketch a steep downhill alley with lumpy walls.
5. Interrogate:: Saddam Hussein, captured on Sunday.
6. Credit:: debit, general ledger, balancing at 5:40pm, checks off by $0.04.
7. Scotch:: Glenfiddich ten year old single malt whiskey.
8. Confused:: tech support ID-ten-T and POBKAC errors (Problem Occurred Between Keyboard And Chair), bemused, confuddled.
9. Paris:: Eiffel Tower, Mona Lisa, Arc de Triomphe, cheese and wine.
