Writing tools

I switched to Apple Pages for my novel.  Most of my notes were in a handful of HTML files, rather than the database on Jer's NovelWriter.  It's a good program, but Pages is working better for me. Right now I'm loving the "page 4 of 4" footer.  Four pages written in one day.  That's a good feeling.

The end of Daylight Savings Time is working to my advantage, not least in the not-stepping-on-the-cat-in-the-dark department.  Got in a hundred words this morning before work.  Hubby is doing very well on his first NaNo!  My goal is around 2000 words a day, with a bit extra on weekends, so I should hit ten thousand words on Saturday 5th November, four hundred years since the Gunpowder Plot.
