Ladytron

Back in March, Hubby surprised me with tickets to see one of my favourite bands, Ladytron.  They were at the Pageant on Monday night with Datarock.  We arrived at the Halo Bar early and were rewarded with first access passes, which got us to the front of the line when the doors opened, and great seats.

They saved the best song, "Destroy everything you touch" for last.  It's the ringtone on both our phones.  The set was a lot darker than the Witching Hour CD, more crunchy guitars, and I liked it.  The audience was great for people watching, with good chunks of emo and nerd to watch (the emos didn't dance).

Now I'm trying to hunt down a copy of their new CD, Velocifero.  Ladytron's an electronic British band with some great female vocals.
